Motswedi SACCOS Management Board has appointed Mr Johane Baesi into the position of the General Manager effective Tuesday 2nd April 2024.

NEW GENERAL MANAGER – MOTSWEDI SACCOS

Mr Baesi has a vast experience on; Credit Risk Management, Financially Distressed Project Rehabilitation, Financial Analysis, Debt Restructuring, End to End Strategy Management, Client Relationship Management, Coaching and Mentoring, Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, Managing Risk and Solving Problems.

His qualifications consists of Master of Science in Project Management, International Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management, Management Development Programme, Bachelor Degree of Business Entrepreneurship, Prince 2 Foundation, Intermediate Certificate in Business Management-Short Term Insurance. Currently he has enrolled for INSOL - Future Leaders Programme- Botswana, Studying towards Prince 2 accreditation. Additionally, he is a member of professional bodies such as Botswana Institute of Charted Accountancy (BICA) as an Accredited Accountant.

Mr Baesi has worked for Bank Gaborone, and National Development Bank (NDB) amongst other financial institutions.
